Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology.
  • Applicants must be from an APA- or CPA-accredited clinical or counseling psychology doctoral program (with an accredited clinical internship) and be licensed in Ohio by the time of appointment.

  • The successful candidates will join a 65 +-member Section of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health.
  • Faculty responsibilities are consistent with our tripartite mission - patient care, education, and clinical research.
  • This requires thorough knowledge of the DSM-5 and mental health diagnoses within the ICD-10.
  • The psychologist is expected to practice within the established Medical Center and standards of practice (policies, procedures, protocols ), and adhere to key results areas of the Medical Center.
  • State-of-the-art diagnostic, treatment and inpatient service areas; imaging; operating rooms; and critical care and medical/surgical beds
