About the role
- Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
- This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
- ASE Certification
Compensation
- $15.16 - $22.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances.
