- ✔ Lead volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for project-based roles.
- ✔ Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

Requirements
- ✔ Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles
- ✅ Emerging HR or Recruiting professionals with 3 years or less experience looking to expand their portfolio.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- A background check is required (candidates are responsible for covering the cost).
Nice to have
- ✔ Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit management
- ✔ Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools
- ✔ Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
