By building a standardized, "one-click" workflow, our team provides the technology and operations that power strategic partnered services-including Title & Escrow, Home Warranty, Mortgage, and Insurance-across a broad national footprint.
This work directly drives agent efficiency and deeper client loyalty, ultimately leading to strengthened platform adoption, enhanced customer retention, and increased per-transaction profitability for Compass.
Build "One-Click"
Partner closely with backend engineers to securely and efficiently consume internal APIs and third-party partner integrations (such as Assurant, GRA, and Origin Point).
Establish frontend best practices, lead UI-focused design reviews, and champion accessibility and performance across the Integrated Services ecosystem.
Maven (a support system for new parents)

5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on frontend development using TypeScript and React.
Proven experience migrating legacy frontend applications to modern web architectures while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools in real delivery environments, including familiarity with tools like ClaudeCode and concepts such as CLAUDE.md project configuration and custom skills.

The base pay range for this position is $149,580-$166,200
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
Base pay is based on market location.
