About the role

  • Reporting to the head coach, the assistant coach will also serve as the recruiting coordinator.
  • Assist in overall program planning and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment of student-athletes on a national and international level.
  • Create and send out recruiting materials for targeted recruits.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to CARA Forms, recruiting logs, calendars, rosters and other various reports for NCAA and Ivy League compliance related issues.

Requirements

  • Assist in all aspects of coaching a nationally competitive Division I Baseball program, including thorough knowledge of the sport, coaching strategies and student-athlete development.
  • Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent coaching experience.
  • Previous recruiting experience required.
  • Standard Weekly Hours 36.25 Work Schedule, If Other Than Standard Hours Nights, weekends and travel required.

Compensation

  • The posted salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate for a full-time position; salaries for part-time positions are pro-rated accordingly.
  • If the salary range on the posted position shows an hourly rate, this is the baseline; the actual hourly rate may be higher, depending on the position and factors listed above.
