- You will be the primary advocate for our users, serving as the go-to expert for the ProjectSight platform.
- This role offers the opportunity to master a specialized software suite while growing your technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Key Exciting Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, resolving issues via phone, email, chat, and screen-share meetings.
- Master ProjectSight and related Trimble products to provide expert-level investigations and resolutions.
- Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a software-based Technical Helpdesk or Support role.
- Proven experience troubleshooting browser-based software and familiarity with browser developer tools.
- Strong foundation in relational database architecture and concepts (SQL Server).
- Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile devices.
