Responsibilities
- Define and develop high speed low noise ATE test boards
- Review new product specifications, advise design teams on product manufacturability for timing based products
- Support customer sampling and offshore volume production ramps
- Support ongoing subcontractor test activity
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and accommodate lab usage schedules
- In this role, you will develop test programs and assist test development for product releases of SyncE/1588 timing, Clock Distribution and Frequency Synthesizers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with minimum of 15+ years' experience developing ATE test programs for integrated circuits
- Strong understanding of digital and analog circuits, from transistor to system level
- Hands-on experience with ATE hardware/software development (e.g., Diamond X, J750, Advantest v93k)
- Must have knowledge in silicon development, validation, qualification, and correlation methodologies
- proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C, C++ & Java) and tools (e.g., YieldHub)
- Familiarity with version control systems (GIT, SVN, Perforce)
- Proven leadership in multi-geographic product development from concept to production
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IC packaging, testing, and manufacturing technologies
- Expertise in generating test procedures and plans
- Proficiency in PCB schematic design, layout, assembly, and debugging
- ATE programming using Advantest Smartest and Cohu Unison programming environments
