Define and develop high speed low noise ATE test boards
Review new product specifications, advise design teams on product manufacturability for timing based products
Support customer sampling and offshore volume production ramps
Support ongoing subcontractor test activity
Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and accommodate lab usage schedules
In this role, you will develop test programs and assist test development for product releases of SyncE/1588 timing, Clock Distribution and Frequency Synthesizers.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with minimum of 15+ years' experience developing ATE test programs for integrated circuits
Strong understanding of digital and analog circuits, from transistor to system level
Hands-on experience with ATE hardware/software development (e.g., Diamond X, J750, Advantest v93k)
Must have knowledge in silicon development, validation, qualification, and correlation methodologies
proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C, C++ & Java) and tools (e.g., YieldHub)
Familiarity with version control systems (GIT, SVN, Perforce)
Proven leadership in multi-geographic product development from concept to production

Knowledge of IC packaging, testing, and manufacturing technologies
Expertise in generating test procedures and plans
Proficiency in PCB schematic design, layout, assembly, and debugging
ATE programming using Advantest Smartest and Cohu Unison programming environments
