Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with Finance, Technology, and global stakeholders to design, test, and implement system and process improvements, while ensuring the integrity of financial reporting throughout.
  • Design and execute system testing (UAT), including development of test scripts, validation of outputs, and documentation of results
  • Collaborate with external implementation partners and internal Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Develop clear, structured documentation including business requirements, process flows, and solution designs
  • Build strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts to support successful delivery
  • Support training and adoption of new systems and processes across the Finance community
  • Act as a key Finance representative in the governance, design, and ongoing evolution of finance systems
  • Partner closely with Technology teams to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Support and influence change control processes to ensure alignment with accounting and reporting requirements
  • Own and maintain finance system data structures, including mappings, hierarchies, and reporting dimensions

Compensation

  • The compensation range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
  • The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
  • $90,990 - $106,155
  • 23 days of annual leave (Regular employees) with option to buy or sell more days

  • This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting expertise combined with transformation delivery capability. You will work closely with Finance, Technology, and global stakeholders to design, test, and implement system and process improvements, while ensuring the integrity of financial reporting throughout.
  • This role represents a compelling opportunity to join the finance team during a dynamic period of transformation. As a senior financial accountant, you will play a critical role in documenting, testing, and delivering on the finance project objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Rebuild and validate financial reports under new systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline finance processes across global teams
  • Proactively engage with global stakeholders across Finance, Technology and the overall back office
  • Act as a bridge between Finance and Technology, translating business requirements into system solutions
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions effectively to senior stakeholders
