About the role

  • Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026.
  • It is Corteva's current intention, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.
  • Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.

Requirements

  • knowledge and understanding of the product family business processes and IT implications
  • growing knowledge of the overall Corteva business capabilities and outcomes for their products.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years (3-5 for Senior Engineers) proven experience in IT change, release, and deployment management, including leading teams and managing complex processes.
  • Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, change management tools, release management systems, and deployment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation
