About the role
- Handle and process assigned volume within Impound processes for appropriate handling within established SLA
- Complete end to end Impound functions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, policy and procedure
- Assist other departments as well as Impound vendors as needed
Requirements
- The Impound Specialist I will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and processing required functions in accordance to Impound requirements and timeliness.
- One (1) year of experience in servicing center environment
- General knowledge of collections policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Nice to have
- Experience in Impound processes preferred
- Knowledge of Impound process, regulations, requirements and structure preferred

- Established verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $18.60 - $22.45 hourly.
