The Specialty Loan Advisor (SLA) manages a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans (BPLs) in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who take ownership of their pipeline, thrive in high-volume servicing, and deliver strong customer outcomes through an advisory approach.
Manage customer relationships end-to-end and drive outcomes-not just transactions.

Manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans by providing consistent, high-quality servicing and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and text communications, to support clients, attorneys, and authorized third parties.
Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic initiatives and improve customer outcomes.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
Strong advisory and relationship management skills.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-4+ years of related experience preferred.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and investor requirements.
Meet and exceed production goals (KPIs), with high performers recognized through increased autonomy and flexibility.
3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, contact center, or related roles.
Working knowledge of Business Purpose Loans (BPLs).
Strong understanding of escrow, billing, payment histories, and 1098 statements.
Experience with cross-collateralized servicing and partial lien releases.
Knowledge of property preservation processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
Experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, or Sagent preferred.
