About the role

  • No weekends unless desired, no late nights.
  • 30 hours guaranteed each week once certified, regardless of any client cancellations.
  • The best BTs we know didn't necessarily start having done it before, but come ready to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
  • Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session
  • Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
  • Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)

Nice to have

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training (no experience? no problem - we provide full training and cover your exam costs)
  • Physical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments

Compensation

  • $20k-$24k
