Responsibilities

  • As an integrated investor, developer, and operator, we acquire, transform, and manage real estate assets at scale.

  • From large scale office to residential conversions to complex mixed use communities, we focus on unlocking potential and delivering real world impact through design, sustainability, and execution.

  • Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend options from CLV's diverse portfolio
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators
  • As you develop expertise and opportunities in the business open up, you will work with our Talent team to explore future pathways across the organization.
  • Competitive and results oriented, motivated to exceed goals and deliver strong performance
  • Confident communicators who build authentic relationships

Requirements

  • You are a high performing graduate who is ambitious, curious, and ready to learn from the ground up.
  • Experience gained through academics, athletics, volunteering, or campus leadership is valued when it results in initiative, discipline, and commitment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required.
  • This is a roll up your sleeves, help where you are needed kind of role.
  • Top performers have the potential to earn $60,000-$70,000 year.

Compensation

  • The approximate salary range for this role is $45,000 - $48,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
