About the role
- This role serves as a technical expert supporting contractors, distributors, field technicians, and internal teams across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related product solutions.
- You will help improve customer experiences, strengthen product adoption, and contribute valuable field insights to business teams.
- Working closely with engineering, product, sales, and operations stakeholders, you will influence continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC industry experience with strong knowledge of installation, service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and field applications.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, indoor air quality products, refrigeration applications, condensate management, electrical systems, and related technologies.
- Ability to interpret technical information, analyze problems, and provide practical solutions in real-world field environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and modern business technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- include an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, HVAC, construction management, or a related technical discipline.
- HVAC certifications such as NATE, EPA, ICC, Master Electrician, Master Plumber, or equivalent industry credentials are a plus.
- Experience with load management, energy management systems, building automation, AI-powered support tools, or technical training programs is preferred.
