Responsibilities

- As a Bench Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain various technology devices, including desktops, laptops, gaming PCs, and other electronic equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Experience working with computers, servers, and other electronic devices
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Solve It Think creatively, don't accept workarounds, offer solutions, identify inefficiencies, be proactive, and focus on what you CAN do.
