Requirements
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- 1+ years of Management experience
- Regularly required to travel outside between in varying weather conditions.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
- The employee must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
- The employee must d emonstrate the ability to exert up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds f requently, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

- Assist the Property Manager with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
- Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion of company standards.
- Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
- Assist the team by maintaining and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company.
- Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills.
Compensation
- The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates
