About the role
- McKee Foods is seeking a Production Associate, 3rd Shift to join our Manufacturing team.
- This is an entry-level Packaging Technician or Make-up Monitor position at our bakery that requires no previous experience.
- We offer on-the-job training in our modern manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and equipment while maintaining a positive attitude
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related field
- Previous technical training
- Accurate measurement and conversion skills
- Troubleshooting ability
- Previous machine operator experience
