About the role
- ProdOps facilitates this by serving as the governing body responsible for evaluating and integrating new products and/or product features alongside evaluating and enhancing existing business functions and tools.
- Product Operations Manager is focused on managing a dedicated product module.
- In addition to managing a product module and identifying technical gaps, they will also focus on technical and process-based documentation for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partners with internal teams, including various product groups, engineering and more to enhance critical systems and functions and allow for further customization of systems to align with the evolving business needs
- Perform technical analysis of new product features and capabilities to determine effectiveness for FC integration
- Lead strategic initiatives, including reviewing active efforts and prioritizing requests
- Collaborate with internal engineering groups to ensure FC capabilities meet operational and customer needs
- Partner with internal teams to surface customer pain points and operational challenges
- Drive actionable change by translating customer feedback into product enhancements and operational optimizations
- Lead various projects (both large and small) encompassing technological integrations, process modifications/enhancements, automation/optimization efforts and more
- Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Operations, Product Management role
- In-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike's modules and product offerings
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics definition
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Contribute to or lead cross-functional initiatives as required
