About the role
- Gupta Media is seeking a Designer who is excited to connect with audiences across multiple visual mediums -digital ad campaigns, OOH, web, events, motion/video, print, social, and other ways we haven't yet thought of.

Requirements
- you must have a solid foundation in animation and be ready to bring static concepts to life.
- You are thoughtful, can be nimble when you have to be, but know when to keep going back at it when it needs to be perfect.
- A related 4-year degree and 2+ years of agency experience;
- A portfolio featuring motion design examples that demonstrate an understanding of timing, pacing, and movement is required;
- Ability to carry projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation;
Compensation
- Compensation At Gupta Media, base salary is one component of our total compensation and benefits package.
- For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $58,000 - $70,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

- This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan, which is based on the company's performance.
Visa & Work Authorization
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
