About the role
- Ensures accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in process.
- Oversee in-process tests (such as hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content) to ensure that batches meet specifications.
- Resolves equipment and product problems.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing execution for Lateral Flow operations across safety, quality, and delivery.
- Lead Manufacturing Supervisors and Team Leads through clear prioritization and performance management.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain to address constraints and resolve issues.
- Drive KPI performance including scrap, rework, schedule adherence, and labor efficiency.
- Support training effectiveness and onboarding for technical manufacturing roles.
- Identify operational risks early and lead corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection and audit readiness across assigned areas.
- Proven ability to lead through change, including startup or transition activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, operations management, or a related technical field is required.
