About the role

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to be a core member of our Product Engineering team-writing code every day while driving architecture decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and partnering with Product and Clinical teams to build software that directly improves patient outcomes.

Own and drive architecture decisions across our stack, setting patterns the whole team builds on
Lead complex, ambiguous product challenges end-to-end-from technical design through shipping to end users
Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing
Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions
Identify and drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, at least 4 years at the Senior level, shipping complex features in production systems
Demonstrated track record leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or systems
Extensive experience with 0-1 builds
Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups (e.g. seed through Series C stage)

Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development
