In this role, you will work directly with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, delivering evidence-based, home-based ABA services under the supervision of BCBAs.

Support the development of functional skills in areas such as communication, daily living, social interaction, safety, and emotional regulation.
Collect and record data on targeted goals to document the child's response to intervention and share observations with the Level 1 or Level 2 provider for ongoing treatment planning.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to encourage skill generalization in natural routines and promote carryover of strategies in daily environments.
Utilize crisis management strategies when necessary to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
We utilize positive reinforcement within an ABA framework to build skills, teach new abilities, and reduce behaviors that limit independence.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Reliable transportation and carry own vehicle insurance.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 18 years old, be employed by the EIDBI provider agency, and complete all Level 3 training requirements within the first six months of employment.
Participate in required supervision, observation, and ongoing coaching as outlined in the ITP, incorporating feedback to improve clinical skills.

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

This is an essential position in launching Norway's home-based EIDBI ABA program.

Build a Legacy We are launching a home-based EIDBI ABA program in Norway Health Center, supporting children and youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental needs.
Have one year of experience within the past five years as a primary PCA, community health worker, waiver service provider, or special education assistant serving individuals with ASD or related conditions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with EIDBI health service record requirements and agency standards.
Part-time / Full-time Flexible hours between 7am and 8 pm, depending on patient availability.
Schedules are up to 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility Benefits: Competitive salary; $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience.
