About the role
- Interacting with generating plants to understand upcoming planned and emergent work.
- Facilitate purchasing of parts and equipment needed for repairs.
- Tracking of costs associate with repairs to ensure appropriate restocking fees.
Responsibilities
- The Electronics Repair Lab Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Electronics Repair Lab in support of the Vistra Generation Fleet.
- Prioritizing assignments and backlog to ensure continuous support of the plants.
- Identify innovative ways to support cost effective operations.
- Maintain Electronics Lab business practices and procedures.
- Collaboration with plants to ensure continued support.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience with electronic circuit board testing, troubleshooting and repair
Nice to have
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical/Electrical Technical Certification preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
