- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide guidance and recommendations grounded in system capability and best practices
- Proactively bring forward ideas to enhance the HR tech ecosystem, including AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Evaluate current processes and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
- 5-8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or People Systems
- Must have deep hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and administration
Compensation
- $138,000 - $145,500 per year.
- $124,000 - $131,000 per year.
- Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
- The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
