Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday across key modules (HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll)
- Lead the build, testing, and deployment of new functionality and enhancements
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual process(es) and improve operational efficiency
- Design and optimize business processes with a focus on scalability, compliance, and user experience
- Support large-scale initiatives including M&A integrations, system implementations, and process transformations
- Play a critical role in scaling systems to support rapid organizational growth
- Proven ability to own and execute complex projects independently
- Ability to balance speed with thoughtful system design and scalability
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or People Systems
- Must have deep hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and administration
- Strong experience with business process design, integrations, and data/reporting
Compensation
- New York: $138,000 - $145,500 per year.
