About the role
- The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of the following location(s): Scottsdale: 18700 Hayden Road Scottsdale AZ, 85255 Columbus: Three Nationwide Plaza, Columbus OH, 43215 Work schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions, administration of Nationwide products, processing systems and related federal and state regulations.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

- Associates must acquire the required federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit.
- Additional licenses/registrations may be required when new products and services are implemented.
- If an associate fails to acquire required licenses/registrations within the designated time period, the associate will be ineligible to continue in the position.
- A credit check may be required if a license is required for this position.

- The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in RP Ops-Pub Processing Money Out
- This position will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis.
- FINRA Series 6 license preferred, and may be required, based on assigned product/line-of-business or distribution system.
- One to three years of work experience with product-related customer service work experience preferred.

- License/Certification/Designation: FINRA Series 6 license preferred, and may be required, based on assigned product/line-of-business or distribution system.
Skills
- Education: High school studies.
- Undergraduate studies desirable.
- Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC desirable.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills to effectively communicate with others.
- Basic analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Proven ability to research, analyze and solve problems, leveraging existing processes and procedures.
- Ability to understand, anticipate and proactively act on customer needs.
- Proven decision-making skills necessary for customer contacts.
- Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Compensation
- Please be aware that the salary ranges listed below reflect full-time compensation.
- Actual compensation may be prorated based on the number of hours worked relative to a full-time schedule.
- $46,345.00-$75,500.00
- $46,345.00 - $60,800.00
