About the role
- Redhorse is transforming how the Department of Defense (DoD) utilizes data and technology.
- This is a high-impact role focused on execution, coordination, and delivery excellence, with significant opportunity to influence how intelligent data products are developed, deployed, and scaled across the DoD.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert coordinating across stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to inform on context engineering and drive execution.
- Partner with design and technical leads to ensure user needs are incorporated.
- Support efforts to ensure delivery practices align with government standards, security requirements, and accessibility guidelines.
Requirements
- Required Experience/Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline).
- 10+ years of experience across any type of acquisition and sustainment portfolios.
- Strong understanding of data visualization.
- Secret clearance required to start.
Compensation
- The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
- In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
