Own and maintain the site Asset Integrity Management (AIM) program for pressure vessels, piping systems, and atmospheric storage tanks in compliance with API 510, API 570, and API 653 requirements.
Perform and facilitate reliability engineering activities, including equipment criticality analysis, bad‑actor elimination, and root cause analysis (RCA) to improve long‑term asset performance.
Develop, maintain, and audit engineering standards, inspection procedures, and asset documentation aligned with API codes and corporate requirements.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Planning, and Leadership teams to drive safe, reliable, and cost‑effective asset performance improvements.
Improve the organization's capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent, and utilizing positive communications and influence with others

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering
