About the role
- Dynapower is seeking a Project Manager for the Defense business segment.
- This is an individual contributor role responsible for executing defense-related programs from order intake through delivery.
- The Project Manager ensures disciplined execution, clear communication, and alignment to customer and business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects for an OEM
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Willingness to be onsite or hybrid in Burlington, VT
- PMP certificate or experience as a project manager
- SW, MS Project, or other project management platform experience
- Demonstrated technical background in power conversion systems
- Demonstrated ability to create new and/or refine processes focused on efficiency and growth of business

Nice to have
- A university degree in technical field (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
- Experience in defense, aerospace, industrial hardware, or other regulated environments preferred
- Experience working with regulations such as ISO9001 preferred
Compensation
- $81,600.00 - $112,200.00
- We recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience, therefore the base salary range information shown above is a general guideline only.

- Certain positions are also eligible for short-term incentive and long-term incentive programs.
