Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing or litigating complex construction defect commercial liability claims.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance claims processes, construction defect matters, liability assessment, and legal principles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining productive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex claim information clearly.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with digital claims management systems.
- Coordinate the selection and management of experts, consultants, and legal counsel when required.
- Apply technical claims expertise and legal knowledge to make informed decisions and achieve favorable outcomes.
Nice to have
- Active adjuster license in the applicable home state is preferred.
- CPCU designation, AIC certification, or similar professional insurance credentials are preferred.
