Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll manage room operations, support team members, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
- 4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated industry
- Ability to work overtime and various shifts as needed
- High school diploma or (GED) is required
Nice to have
- Leadership experience preferred with ability to train, mentor and guide team members
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency with computers and manufacturing systems (SAP, etc.)
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations, measurements, and reconciliation
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs regularly
