About the role
- This position is responsible for the pick-up, delivery and stocking of various materials throughout the campus using PIV equipment or manual transportation.
- Various forms of technology are used including but not limited to scanners, PC and tablets.
- The objective of the position is to ensure that all areas have the appropriate supplies needed for assembly at the proper time, while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Operates various forms of PIV equipment to receive, deliver and store supplies
- Uses a scanner and/or tablet to manage transactions, transfer parts, perform inventory inquiries, maintenance counts, report outages
- Maintains a clean workplace following 5S standards
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Maintain PIV license as needed
- When people are comfortable, they collaborate in meaningful ways.
