About the role

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive.
They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.
Goal Setting: AsD's are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod.

Breakdown Barriers: Every great campaign lives or dies at the moment of approval. It's your responsibility to understand these moments and support your strategist in earning a yes.
Accountability: We need leaders, not managers. Nobody wants a manager, everyone wants a leader. Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear and concise communication + expectation setting.
We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.

In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
