About the role

Responsibilities
- Supporting our CEO and External team to build out vibecoding.aiedu.org.
- aiEDU is looking for two experienced product managers to support aiEDU in the development of educator- and student-facing products.
- We expect that product managers in this role will leverage AI to significantly speed up the product development process, and will function as player-coaches, upskilling our own team in effective product development along the way.
- Project 1: Supporting our CEO and External team to build out vibecoding.aiedu.org.
- The right person will not just manage the product process-they'll coach our internal teams through it, building PM capacity at aiEDU that outlasts the contract.
- You'll work closely with our teams to understand current workflows, define requirements, and shepherd us through vendor evaluation or build decisions.
- Partner with our VP of Operations to identify and address relevant security, safety, privacy and legal considerations.
- Develop and maintain a product requirements document (PRD) or equivalent
- Build the product end-to-end across a 2-3 month window, coordinating across aiEDU stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Lead the Product Discovery & Scoping Process
Requirements
- Along the way, you'll upskill our team on AI-assisted product development, AI augmented workflows and the shared infrastructure required to take our work to the next level.
- Some travel within the United States may be required
Compensation
- This is a fractional independent contract role at up to 20 hours per week.
- will be $150 per hour, depending on experience.
