Responsibilities
- Solving complex technical challenges across our platform, from architecture design to hands-on implementation.
- Building reliable, scalable, and explainable foundations that product teams across Dialogue build upon.
- Defining plans to manage and reduce technical debt and contributing to their implementation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences, and the capacity to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.

- What you'll be doing Solving complex technical challenges across our platform, from architecture design to hands-on implementation.
Requirements
- We'd love to hear from you if you have 5+ years of software development experience with strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, and experience across both front-end and back-end development.
