About the role
- We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the people who keep homes running, and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.
- We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run.
- This role is ideal for a strong engineer who likes moving quickly, shipping production-quality code, and working on high-leverage problems across product, growth, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools that improve how Broccoli operates and scales
- Partner with product, growth, and operations to identify bottlenecks and turn them into reliable software
- Design and run experiments that improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention
- Experience building internal tools, growth systems, or product infrastructure
- You'll help build the systems that connect product capability to company growth - not just by shipping features, but by making the organization itself more effective.
Nice to have
- Experience on growth, monetization, or acquisition-focused engineering teams
- Familiarity with experimentation systems, funnel analytics, and CRM / GTM workflows
- Experience in startup environments with high ownership and fast iteration
- Exposure to vertical software, marketplaces, or workflow automation
