About the role
- JSM is a growing real estate, leasing, development, and investment firm hiring a full-time Senior Leasing Consultant located in Champaign, IL.
- The essential functions of this position are listed below: Prep for and conduct apartment tours, especially during open leasing season by traveling throughout the to meet tour parties.
- Work collaboratively with Residential team members to execute leasing operations and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain all leasing and sales-related information and reports.
- Provide support to the Tenant Accountant by preparing daily residential payments.
- We manage a diverse portfolio of residential apartments and were voted a 2026 Best of CU winner for Best Leasing Company.
Requirements
- What you'll bring Associate's degree or equivalent experience 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience Valid driver's license
- driving is a requirement Our Leasing Consultants must be dependable and client-focused.
- This position is required to work some weekends based on part-time staffing and seasonal requirements.
