Responsibilities
- As a Commercial Plumbing Mechanic, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, retrofits, and preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems while ensuring all work meets state and local code requirements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
- Work collaboratively with Service and Construction teams to deliver quality results.
Requirements
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License (Required).
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.

Nice to have
- Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) certification is a plus.
- Experience working alongside commercial mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
- Work safely in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Frequently bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Company vehicle and gas card for field work.
