About the role
- The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise.
- This role is responsible for ensuring every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life's most meaningful purchases.
Responsibilities
- Own the Bridal Category
- Lead total Bridal category performance - including sales, behaviors, and standards
- Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
- Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal
- Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
- Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
- Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team
- Build a rewarding career supported by training, growth, and opportunity

- Base pay plus commission on sales
