Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain accurate, high-quality product content, ensuring alignment with approved messaging, data, and disclosures
  • Partner cross-functionally with portfolio management, marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate deliverables and timelines
  • Build deep product and market knowledge through ongoing collaboration with portfolio managers and CPMs
  • Support distribution efforts by delivering insights, analysis, and timely responses to internal sales teams and client requests
  • The Associate Product Manager supports a suite of fixed income investment strategies, with a focus on delivering high-quality sales and marketing materials, reporting, and product content to drive business development.
  • Strong drive for results with a commitment to excellence
  • Support regulatory and governance requirements, including preparation of fund board materials

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within fixed income asset management
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, Morningstar, AI tools, and other analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required or willingness to obtain

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities
  • Serve as a key liaison for RFP/RFI responses and consultant database updates, supporting business development efforts

Compensation

  • The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location.
  • The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $116,000 annually.
  • Manage month- and quarter-end product collateral updates, including quarterly presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, and risk/performance attribution reporting
