About the role
- The ECC coordinator plays a critical role in supporting seamless patient flow, case coordination, and communication with our medical teams.
- This person is extremely organized, thrives in a fast pace environment, and goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of both the client and the medical teams are met.
- Among other duties, this person will assist with intake and discharge, facilitate with scheduling of follow up services and transfers, as well as uphold empathetic and professional communication in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary emergency setting is required
- Some weekends and holidays are required.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
Skills
- Access to advanced tools (MRI, CT, ventilator, ICU, dialysis)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills
