- Minimum Qualifications BS degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering; or related physical or applied science; or equivalent via education and/or work experience 4 years related work experience in manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance or design engineering with direct responsibility for field failure analysis, supplier quality, and technical root cause analysis (RCA) Demonstrated ability to produce technically defensible RCAs based on evidence and system-level analysis Demonstrated experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) and FIT / MTBF reporting Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility Possession of a recognized quality certification such as CQE, ASQ, or Six Sigma Yellow Belt Proficiency in MS Office programs Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 50%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications - Successful development of a manufacturing quality process or supply chain quality assurance process -
