Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and track integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical activities.

  • Develop dashboards, trackers, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in drug development, consulting, academia, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and systems, including Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized leader who thrives in a global, matrixed environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of hematology and oncology landscapes preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Compensation

  • Competitive annual salary range of $148,900 – $198,900 USD, based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
