Requirements
- T h e ability to learn manufacturing process es from a leader in the industry.
- Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
- A d emonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations, especially in categories of a ttendance, s afety, and t eamwork is required.
- Must be f amiliar with and able to run automated equipment, including fillers and palletizers and operating casing equipment
- Must have a high mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
Nice to have
- removing packs and sorting raw materials or finished products.
- Collects and disposes of garbage and production waste
- cleans production equipment and work areas.
- Visually inspect all incoming materials and outgoing products and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Assist forklift drivers with lower level problems with pallets, slip sheets, and/or stretch wrappers
- Identify non-conforming product, such as poorly glued boxes, improper codes and/or labels
- Identify and report product or machine problems to production, maintenance, and/or warehouse personnel using plant intercoms and or 2-Way radios
- Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens
