A d emonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations, especially in categories of a ttendance, s afety, and t eamwork is required.
Must be f amiliar with and able to run automated equipment, including fillers and palletizers and operating casing equipment
Must have a high mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.

Collects and disposes of garbage and production waste
cleans production equipment and work areas.
Visually inspect all incoming materials and outgoing products and make minor adjustments as needed.
Assist forklift drivers with lower level problems with pallets, slip sheets, and/or stretch wrappers
Identify non-conforming product, such as poorly glued boxes, improper codes and/or labels
Identify and report product or machine problems to production, maintenance, and/or warehouse personnel using plant intercoms and or 2-Way radios
Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens

United States of America: 42,778 USD - 57,877 USD
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
