Requirements

  • T h e ability to learn manufacturing process es from a leader in the industry.
  • Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
  • A d emonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations, especially in categories of a ttendance, s afety, and t eamwork is required.
  • Must be f amiliar with and able to run automated equipment, including fillers and palletizers and operating casing equipment
  • Must have a high mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.

Nice to have

  • removing packs and sorting raw materials or finished products.
  • Collects and disposes of garbage and production waste
  • cleans production equipment and work areas.
  • Visually inspect all incoming materials and outgoing products and make minor adjustments as needed.
  • Assist forklift drivers with lower level problems with pallets, slip sheets, and/or stretch wrappers
  • Identify non-conforming product, such as poorly glued boxes, improper codes and/or labels
  • Identify and report product or machine problems to production, maintenance, and/or warehouse personnel using plant intercoms and or 2-Way radios
  • Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens
