About the role

  • The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and IFS Enablement, making sure every rep has the clarity, tools, and confidence to execute.
  • Translate product releases, market shifts, and competitive insights into actionable, stage-aligned sales guidance, using analytics from Highspot, Seismic, and Gong to refine what works.
  • Establish competency milestones and track rep progress through Salesforce, LMS platforms, and enablement tools, reinforcing best practices through micro-learning and ongoing touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, curation, governance, and system management of sales content (playbooks, talk tracks, competitive guides, ICP briefs, value messaging) so it stays consistent, findable, and version-controlled.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, SMEs, and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, HR, Sales Ops, IFS Enablement) to produce high-quality, role-specific content and aligned curriculum.
  • Own the full onboarding journey for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partner reps, building interactive modules, videos, assessments, LMS curriculum, and manufacturing/product training.
  • Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.
  • You'll design onboarding, build sales content, coach reps, and run the systems that keep our commercial teams aligned and performing at a high level.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with modern sales and enablement tools including Salesforce, Highspot or Seismic, Gong, Outreach, LMS platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or revenue-focused learning and development within SaaS or technology.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
  • A knack for turning complex technical concepts into simple, compelling sales narratives, with a track record of building sales content that's clear, actionable, and aligned to sales stages.
  • The ability to manage multiple programs at once with structured planning and prioritization.
  • Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Partner teams.
  • A genuine interest in helping people improve their craft, and comfort with ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration.
  • Why Poka
  • You'll work across sales, product, and people development, with real influence on how every new rep, ours or our partners', experiences the ramp-up. Being part of IFS means your work extends well past our own walls. And since this role is based out of Quebec, French will come in handy about as often as English does.

Benefits

  • Design and deliver structured learning paths grounded in adult learning principles, including methodology training across discovery, qualification, value selling, objection handling, and deal strategy.
  • Make sure content, learning experiences, tools, workflows, and processes work together to support rep productivity and confident ramp-up.
