About the role
- In this role, you will translate credit policies and workflows into system configurations that ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient decisioning.
- This position plays a key role in strengthening credit infrastructure, optimizing performance, and enabling scalable growth.
- The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls.
- This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Nice to have
- Migrate credit workflows from legacy systems to automated decisioning platforms and translate credit policies into system-based rules.
- Modernize credit infrastructure through automation, AI, and advanced analytics, to improve scalability, speed, and decision quality.
- Monitor system performance, portfolio KPIs (including approval rates, decline trends, and turnaround times), policy compliance, and model outcomes
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or STEM field, or commensurate work experience, required
- 5 years of experience in credit administration, lending operations or fintech risk platforms
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills and familiarity with reporting tools, such as Power BI, preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
