About the role
- This role blends creative concept development with technical execution, owning the process from initial idea through tech pack completion and production handoff.
- This is a hands-on, product-focused role that requires both aesthetic vision and operational precision.
Responsibilities
- Design brand-appropriate apparel aligned with seasonal concepts, design directives, and existing product lines across men's and women's categories.
- Develop small capsule collections and limited drops that support broader seasonal strategies.
- Hand-sketch concepts to clearly communicate design intent, construction, and fabrication details.
- Execute accurate, detailed tech packs to support overseas production.
- Partner closely with sourcing, production, and product development teams on fabric, trim, and construction innovation.
- Lead fittings from prototype through production, ensuring design integrity, fit, and garment quality.
Requirements
- Incredibly creative and innovative with strong, proven knowledge of the fashion market and emerging trends
- Ability to work on multiple, high-priority projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- BFA/BA Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
