This is a hands-on, cross-functional role.

You will be cross-trained to perform every task in the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting product issues as they arise.
Equipment Maintenance: You will perform planned maintenance and calibration activities in accordance with SOPs.
You will also troubleshoot unplanned equipment issues and perform repairs to keep the automated facility running.
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Landspath is hiring team members to help build, launch, operate, maintain, and optimize a state-of-the-art automated kitchen facility producing fresh, high-quality pet food.

Candidates must be willing to travel to our R&D facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, for training and to participate in R&D activities.
This travel will primarily take place during the first 6 months of your employment, but other, less frequent travel may be required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a maintenance or manufacturing role in food production, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment
Along with base compensation, Trupanion employees are currently eligible for monthly bonuses.
Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
Five-week sabbatical after five years of employment

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, on a full-time schedule.
Along with base compensation, Trupanion employees are currently eligible for monthly bonuses.
