About the role

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling the executive team to operate at its highest level.
The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and a doer, someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to get things done.
Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, and external engagements, including briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups.

Executive Support & Strategic Alignment Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO on strategic priorities and organizational decisions.
Track and drive progress on company-wide OKRs, rocks, and strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Operations Lead the cadence of leadership meetings (L10s, all-hands, board prep), setting agendas, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
Manage and hold teams accountable to project timelines, deliverables, and cross-departmental dependencies.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
Special Projects & Initiatives Own and execute high-priority initiatives on behalf of the CEO, from research and analysis to implementation.
Lead or support new market launches, process improvements, and organizational design efforts.
Support people and culture initiatives including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee engagement.
Position Overview The Chief of Staff is a critical partner to the CEO and a force multiplier across the organization.

Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI-powered productivity tools.
