About the role

  • Victims entering Artemis House are in imminent danger and in need of crisis intervention and intensive safety planning assistance.
  • Case Managers are responsible for providing direct services to clients in shelter by assessing client needs upon entry, connecting clients to appropriate services, and advocating to ensure the provision of comprehensive services meet the identified needs.
  • Case Management services at Artemis House are provided in a client-centered manner driven by the victim's needs and goals and respecting client self-determination.
