Responsibilities
- Understand and implement complex technical requirements for client projects to meet client satisfaction and ensure projects are delivered safely and within scope, schedule and budget
- Understand the local and national market for Water practice services and develop new and nurture existing client relationships.
- Perform groundwater and surface water modeling to evaluate resource availability, flow dynamics, and contaminant transport.
- Interpret hydrostratigraphic data and correlate geological units for project feasibility and design.
- Design, test, and rehabilitate production wells and underground injection wells, including UIC well design and mechanical integrity testing.
- Lead aquifer performance and land application load tests and analyze hydraulic data from monitoring networks and cellular telemetry systems.
- Maintain a high external profile through membership/attendance in industry organizations and continually growing a contact base
- Develop technical specifications for well construction, monitoring programs, and remediation projects.
- Perform mechanical integrity tests and ensure ongoing compliance with permit requirements.

Requirements
- This role requires technical proficiency in environmental data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support water resource projects and regulatory compliance along with strong business acumen.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in contaminant fate and transport, hydrogeologic investigations, project management, client development, and staff mentoring.
- GIS and 3D Modeling Proficiency
Compensation
- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications of the candidate as it relates to the position description
